Steps to Request Account Deletion:
- Open the DimpleBee app on your device.
- Navigate to the 'Settings' section of the app.
- Select 'Privacy' from the menu options.
- Click on 'Delete Account' and follow the prompts to confirm your request.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
Types of Data Deleted:
Upon successful deletion of your account, the following types of personal data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account information (username, email address, etc.)
- Purchase history and transaction records
- Any saved preferences or settings
Data Retention Policy:
While we will delete the aforementioned data upon your request, please note that certain information may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes. This retained data may include:
- Transaction records for accounting purposes, retained for a maximum of 7 years.
- Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, retained for the duration of the dispute resolution process.
